Being the Sober One is Not as Fun

Although, it’s certainly enlightening…

We could never seem to get on the same page.

If I was drunk, he was sober. If he started pounding cocktails, I stopped and switched to water.

It’s this way with my friends, too — if I see one of my friends beginning to over-indulge, I cut back or quit altogether.
